This innovative product is a ballistic protection device with built-in multifunctional load, which meets the needs of complete upper body protection, quick to activate, accessible and that allows storage of substantial volume, lightweight and comfortable for the wearer.

The ballistic protection device comprises adjacent panels with ballistic protection, a main sac and at least one shoulder strap or shoulder straps, conforming a single body, which comprises an opposite and longitudinal panel to a main sac with ballistics protection, so that such single body conforms a single ballistic panel with front, rear and side protection.

This ballistic protection device are made of several layers of laminated fibers or synthetic fabric and protect the person wearing it, it is a protective garment that absorbs the impact of bullets fired at the torso, for its use it is IMPRESSENTIAL to practice the activation or quick opening of the device, because if it is not activated correctly it may not work, it’s not a bulletproof vest, the bulletproof vest does not exist, the proper use of this armor significantly reduces the likelihood of fatal injury.

The caliber of its material offers a level III protection, so it does not protect against rifles or long weapons, it can be used by people of short stature since the most important thing for its use is its correct opening and activation.

This device has been tested and rated to protection the wearer against threats within the speciAed NIJ level of your vest. The ballistic protection device has been tested by an independent, NIJ-certiAed, NVLAP-accredited body armor testing laboratory; and has also been rigorously tested by us, for this reason we can assure that it fulfills the characteristics for which it was created.

Advance defense technologies assumes no liability and bears no liability for any use, misuse or failure to perform. this is not a bulletproof vest, the bulletproof vest does not exist, the proper use of this armor significantly reduces the likelihood of fatal injury, therefore all products are sold as is and with all faults, therefore, no 100% guarantee is offered. The risk of use, quality and performance of all products remains with the consumer. This product is for one time use only, in the event of a projectile impact, the product stops working immediately.

Ballistic, edged and spike resistance ratings are limited to the conditions under which laboratory testing was conducted, including but not limited to barrel length, shot distance, shot placement, temperature, powder, velocity, bullet mass, bullet composition, backing material, etc. If you have any questions or comments about these notices, please let us know.

In order to ensure satisfactory delivery and use of our products, in the event that you are unable to use the product within 30 days, including but not limited to, due to
loss or damage during shipment except for use or mishandling after shipment, Advance defense technologies will replace your order, for which you must submit your claim in writing to Advance defense technologies, returning any unused product in its original packaging. Bulletproof Backpacks will not issue refunds for lost or damaged orders, but will re-ship your order to Bulletproof Backpacks order free of charge once your claim has been approved.

The 30-day Product Protection period begins on the day your order is shipped from our facility. The fee for such product protection will be charged at time of checkout and is an optional fee that you can choose to add to your cart for the Product Protection as stated herein.

Advance defense technologies will take five (5) business days to study the claim submitted and if it considers the claim valid, process in this term the replacement order , in case of loss or theft of the order in the process of delivery, you must fill out the signed declaration form in which you undertake that the orders that are declared lost or stolen are not the result of fraud. If such claims are deemed fraudulent, you may be liable not only for the cost of the product, but also for all expenses incurred by Bulletproof Backpacks in connection with your order, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and costs necessary to pursue legal action for any fraudulent conduct.
